We stayed in the hotel for one night, got an upgrade at no extra cost and thus a wonderful double room with a wonderful view of the Moselle! In the evening we had a table in the restaurant and could enjoy the beautiful ambience, delicious food and good wine. Our bikes were safely stored in the in-house garage. After an extensive breakfast we were able to continue our cycling holiday. But best of all, I left a pair of pants in the room. When we got home 3 days later, the pants were already there! That's what I call service!

Went there for dinner, great service friendly and extremely attentive, the food was excellent and everything was freshly prepared in our own kitchen! A compliment to the kitchen and the service!

We (my wife and I) stayed here for two weeks. We had a very nice room with a view of the Moselle. The service throughout the house was very good. I would particularly like to highlight the breakfast with the super friendly service. We had two wonderful weeks in this house.

Long waiting times to be rejected! I waited at reception for hotel staff for 30 minutes. There was a bell to make yourself noticeable, unfortunately it is only decoration. After about 10 minutes, 2 other guests were waiting with me, after 30 there were 8 guests. At the same time, these were no longer served in the beer garden. There was only one employee in the hotel for the hotel and restaurant. After I was finally able to ask for a room, the hotel was unfortunately fully booked. Unfortunately, it is difficult to judge whether this was due to the mood of the employees or the real situation. All in all, unfortunately, a total failure.

Price-performance ratio is right. Staff friendly. Room clean and nice. Breakfast tasty and sufficient. Swimming pool / wellness area small but nice. Recommendable

Delicious white wine and excellent service. It is a pity (always something to complain about) that the road passes before. If you are sitting on the terrace, the cars will pass right in front of you. You can also enjoy delicious hot food for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately it was rather weak. We followed the reviews and were looking forward to a delicious meal. We sat with a large group at a table that was really too small. After we overlooked the fact that the waiter only pulled his mouthguard over his mouth and unfortunately not over his nose, he had his thumbs in the plate when he brought the soup. The spaetzle were a tad too long in the water, the sauce was a soup and the meat was tough. We were served so-so, after we said that we would like to pay separately, one person was charged, after which the nice employee disappeared for 20 minutes. All in all a nice visit, but not worth the expensive prices. 2 stars for the wine.

Delicious eaten tonight. Starter had delicious salmon tartare and as main course the burger and the steak. In one word, super food and a smooth and tidy service.

at least the food was OK. Everything else under one star and as a highlight: only cash. Never again Zell am Moselle.

Once again I spent a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Zum Grünen Kranz. Even in difficult times, everything is done for the guests here. Hygiene regulations are optimally observed. But absolutely nothing suffers from this. Breakfast and other meals are brought to the table in the usual form and quality. For this our very special praise. And thank you very much to the entire staff ... friendly, polite and diligent! We make a clear recommendation. We will be back!!!

We celebrated our wedding in the hotel and would like to express special praise. The food was to die for and it exceeded our expectations by far. Even an 8-course menu was implemented excellently. The service staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We would celebrate here again at any time and can only recommend the location.

Spontaneous decisions are often the best. So also yesterday. On the way back along the Moselle, we came to Zell. There we stopped at the restaurant Zum green Kranz. A nice waitress awaited us, who took the order quickly and in a friendly manner and served it quickly. The food is delicious. The vintner's schnitzel (mushroom cream sauce, roasted onions and grapes) is excellent. Likewise the Geschnetzelte Züricher Art. The price (€ 46, - including drinks) is reasonable. After all, with a good meal you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Moselle. The interior is rustic (meant absolutely positively). The breakfast room, which I was allowed to use for a personal medical matter for 30 minutes, is clean, tidy and chic. Here, too, on the first floor, you have a great view of the Moselle and the vineyards opposite. There is also a hotel in the house. Due to the extremely positive experience, we will stop by again for the next short vacation. PS: A big thank you again to Anastasia.

The room was great and everything was very clean. The staff is very nice but there was no briefing on the first day and there was no information in the room either. But everything in the green area of ​​the owner is probably more a winemaker than a hotelier. The location of the hotel directly on the Moselle and the close proximity to the town center are also a great advantage. The beautiful Moselle valley with its opportunities for hiking and cycling are the icing on the cake.

Nice and elegant hotel in the city center of Zell. Beautiful modern rooms with an unobstructed view of the Moselle. Very good parking, good home cooking and very friendly staff. Got very good advice from the junior manager regarding the sights. A recommendable weekend thanks to the great savings offer on your own hotel page.

Excellent service, amazing wines from the region and delicious food located in a very scenic street

I was at the restaurant. Great old german good with a twist of the Moselle region. Tasty food and good service

Bicycle garage with power supply within walking distance, reception less friendly only with reference to the breakfast times on the 1st floor, rooms clean but more like in the museum with modernized bathroom, toilet. The view from the indoor pool is special. Clouded by a few deck chairs, seating (we waited until 2 of the 4 people left) sauna not switched on and therefore cold. For me, the toilet would only be for emergencies.

There is a road between the hotel and the Moselle. Rooms with a view of the Moselle are louder than without. Owner very friendly. Food very tasty. Breakfast very good. Room always clean! I felt very comfortable for almost a week and will go there again. Staff is great.

Not stayed here as I live next to the place, but I have eaten here a couple of times and the food was always good and the service friendly.

Spacious, clean rooms with balconies. Good location on the waterfront, gorgeous views. Nearby are many restaurants, cafes, bars and wineries. Daily cleaning, renew mineral water. There is a refrigerator and a TV with over 100 channels. Free wifi in rooms. Caring and polite staff. Among the staff there are Russian-speaking girls. Posh breakfasts. Sausage and cheese slices. On the fifth floor there is a sauna, a solarium and a swimming pool. Indoor pool has a huge balcony overlooking the river. On the balcony there are tables and chairs where you can sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the crazy scenery of the river, mountains and vineyards. Thank you very much. We will definitely return to you.

Very nice place to stay lovely views of the model

Fine food, friendly service and of course excellent wine. Varied menu too, with obvious care for quality and local produce.

Wonderful experience. Fresh tasty local food, beautifully presented in a well-appointed dining room. A wide range of local wines served with knowledge. Wish we were staying longer because I want to go there again.
